Are you constantly stressed and looking for a way to quiet your ever busy mind? Yoga, Meditation and Foam Rolling are three activities that have been proven to relieve the physiological factors that cause stress in both the body and mind. In this workshop Dan will lead students through all three and help them find a personal practice they can add to their daily routine. The workshop is $30 or $25 if you purchase more than one of our January Yoga Workshops (please email dan@danimalyoga.com for a discount code if you plan to purchase more than one).
